GENERAL INFORMATION
HUcMSCs (UBP-0062) are isolated from umbilical cord matrix (Wharton's Jelly) and demonstrated with spindle-shaped-, and fibroblast-like cells. CI-HUcMSCs (UBP-0062) are selected from Puromycin resistant HUcMSCs after infected with lentiviruses expressing SV40 LT under the control of TetON system.
