Human Liver Endothelial Cells were isolated from normal liver tissue and selectively expanded using puromycin following lentiviral transduction with AEQUOPORIN-GFP targeted to the mitochondria. These genetically modified cells are provided at passage 1 and shipped in cryopreserved vials to ensure optimal viability and performance. For best results, it is recommended to culture these cells using Universal Endothelial Growth Medium.
